We ship within the United States only. We try our best to ship your order within 2 business days of payment but please allow 3 business days during peak times.
Shipping Fees are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight and the size of the package and your location. You can choose the shipping service that suits your need during checkout, Estimated delivery dates are displayed, but please note that these are in fact estimates and we DO NOT GUARANTEE a specific delivery date. We try to ship all items within one package, however, in rare instances we may have to split an order and ship in multiple packages. We reserve the right to change the shipping service provider chosen if an equal or better service for your order is available.
Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account for my shipments?
At this time we do not offer the use of you personal or business shipper accounts.
Can I upgrade my shipping Service to 2-Day or Next Day delivery?
We offer expedited shipping options during the checkout. If expedited shipping rates are chosen, your order will be treated with Priority and is guaranteed to ship within 1 business days. Delivery dates displayed are estimates only, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE a delivery date.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, the tracking information will be emailed to you once available so you can trace your order every step of the way.
We accept returns within 30 days of order date. Please note the Socks are excluded from Returns. Shipping fees and return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. No return authorization is required, please return your order along with a copy of the packing slip to:

We do not accept any returns shipped later than 30 days of order date.
Damaged or incorrect merchandise To submit a claim for damaged or incorrect items, merchandise must be inspected within 3 business days of delivery and errors, mistakes and flaws must be claimed within these 3 business by contacting us via email to info@tiedrake.com . A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning damaged merchandise. A return label will be provided.
Returned to sender/ declined shipments Packages that are being returned to us for an incorrect address, refused delivery or any other reason beyond our control will be treated as a return and a refund will be issued less shipping and handling cost and a 30% restocking fee. If you wish to have the item re-delivered, the shipping charges have to be covered by the customer. To request re-delivery, please contact us at info@tiedrake.com .
Returns with Postage due or COD We do not accept any packages with postage due or COD. Our warehouse will decline receipt of such packages.
